Toyota Yaris 2019 review

Overview:

2019 Toyota Yaris

The economical cars are the true market leaders. It’s a common observation that the cars that offer better mileage and lower maintenance costs sell more. And when they have an impressive mark of style and interior comfort, they become masters of disguise. Well, this concept is mostly focused on Japanese automakers.

Sometime in the last year of the 20thth At the beginning of the 20th century, Toyota introduced the Yaris. Well, Toyota actually launched it to fill the void created by the Starlet and Tercel. Both cars were a pure success for the company in Japan and some Far East Asian countries. But in the rest of the world they achieved little fame.

Well, Yaris didn’t take long to get casual on the street. And some notable Toyota marketing tactics made Yaris famous around the world. This was all the first generation of the Yaris, starting in 1999. Internationally, Yaris was marketed as Vitz and Platz. Where Vitz served as a hatchback and the square was a sedan variant.

By 2005, the second generation was introduced. Well, its styling didn’t differ much from the first generation. The only difference was the international sedan, which was replaced by Belta. In 2013 the third and current generation was launched. It has fantastic styling and an impressive interior. And even Toyota improved the ride quality of this car.

Well, don’t get confused with the North American spec Yaris, as it’s the facelifted version of the Scion iA.

The Toyota Yaris is usually available in three models, the Base Edition, GR Sport and the Hybrid Chic. It can be different for each region. Also, the Yaris starts at $11,350, which is pretty good for a base-level hatchback.

Interior of Toyota Yaris 2019

The interior is comfortable but dated. The choice of costumes is far better than what we usually see on cheap hatchbacks. But it’s pretty much just acceptable. Well the Yaris seats 5 but the boys in the back row might complain about knocking their knees. Surely the big guys would complain about that. Also, the riding position is pretty good for a tall rider, but little guys might have trouble adjusting.

Up front, the Yaris offers plenty of cargo space, especially when the rear seats are folded down. Well, in a way, you can carry your groceries for up to half a year with the rear seats folded.
